About Sarah Pegler

Sarah Pegler, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), joined Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s in the fall of 2013. As a key member of Lex Tarumianz’s team for over a decade, Sarah has played a significant role in facilitating over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Her expertise spans Aspen’s commercial and residential markets, with a strong focus on deal analysis, investment strategy, property negotiations, and client advisory.

 

 

Sarah's CCIM designation places her among an elite group of real estate professionals recognized for their expertise in commercial real estate investment analysis. Known for her straightforward, results-driven approach paired with a personable outlook, Sarah consistently delivers exceptional results.

 

 

Originally from Kansas City, Sarah moved to Colorado and earned her degree from the University of Denver in 2006. She relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2009 to embrace the mountain lifestyle. Along with her husband, Andrew, and their three children, Sarah enjoys skiing, tennis, and attending live music events. An alumna of Roaring Fork Leadership, Sarah is active in the community, supporting the Aspen Education Foundation, the Parent Teacher Organization, and a local Girl Scouts Daisy Troop. Her family often travels to visit relatives in Sydney, Australia, but they are committed to raising their children in Aspen while cherishing the global connections they've built.
