Meet Valerie

Alex has worked alongside Lex Tarumianz, the #28 top real estate broker in the United States by volume in 2024 (RealTrends), since 2018. During that time, Alex has assisted in closing over $1 billion in sales volume across more than 300 transactions.

 

An expert in the Aspen condominium market, Alex began his career at The Gant, Aspen, where he was named 2014 Employee of the Year. With a foundation rooted in hospitality, Alex brings a service-first mindset to real estate, providing clients with exceptional care, trusted advice, and the highest level of professionalism.

 

Alex has been a top-producing agent at Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty from 2022 through 2025 and possesses deep, firsthand knowledge of the Aspen real estate market.

 

In his free time, Alex is grateful to call Aspen home and enjoys skiing fast, Bonnie’s pie, and mountain biking local trails.

Valerie is a luxury global advisor who helps successful entrepreneurs and investors achieve real estate growth, creating a lasting legacy through her expertise in resort rentals and sales.In her previous leadership position, Valerie increased the company's rental sales by over 300% in five years. Currently, as the Director of Operations at LT Realty, she collaborates closely with the top-producing team at Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's Realty to support their growth, identify new clients, and cultivate out-of-market referral partnerships.With a strong foundation in business, community involvement, and a genuine passion for the luxury real estate market, Valerie is committed to shaping the future of real estate in our region.
 
 
Her career includes extensive experience in luxury hospitality, with a background that includes working for prestigious hotel chains such as St. Regis and Auberge. Valerie grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, attended college in Pittsburgh, and spent the next ten years in North Carolina. Her first job after college was at Pinehurst Resort during the 1999 US Open Golf Championship. In 2009, Valerie and her husband moved to Aspen, like many others, 'for the season,' and have since started their family here. She brings valuable insights into local government systems from her time working with the City of Aspen. Additionally, she has served on the board of the Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority and the Short-Term Rental Policy Committee.
 
 
Outside of work, Valerie and her family enjoy traveling. Some of their favorite destinations include Moab, Santa Fe, and remote mountain hikes around the Roaring Fork Valley. She is also a dedicated supporter of Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, and is a former mentor with Veterati.
