An Aspen resident since 1995, Lex Tarumianz is a licensed Colorado real estate broker with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty®. Lex was awarded the CFA designation (Chartered Financial Analyst) in 2010. He has sold over $1 Billion of real estate in his 12-year career with Sotheby’s International Realty® and continually ranks in the Top 100 nationally by Real Trends. A perennial top performer in the Aspen area, Lex has been involved in several record-breaking commercial and residential sales and has extensive knowledge within the market and the land use code.
He was previously the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Gant Condominiums and served as a Regional Director of Revenue Management with Destination Hotels and Resorts.
